October, 2014 - Miami, Florida

Hunton & Williams LLP announces the expansion of its global corporate and Latin America practices with the return of Carol Fernandez to its Miami office. “We are very pleased that Carol has returned to the firm and to our team,” said Fernando Alonso. “She is familiar with our core values and our culture. In addition, Carol is a very skilled transactional lawyer who has developed a distinctive experience while working throughout Latin America for Diageo. Her M&A experience in Latin America will be particularly valuable to our clients.”
