Krogerus advises Bravida on the acquisition of Peko Group

Krogerus advised Bravida on the acquisition of Peko Group. Peko Group offers installation and service solutions within the electrical, heating and plumbing, and HVAC fields. Peko Group has some 320 employees and in 2014 had a turnover of EUR 67 million.

Bravida, a portfolio company of Bain Capital, is headquartered in Sweden and Scandinavia's premier integrated supplier of technical installation and service solutions for buildings and plants.

Bravida has some 9,000 employees and net sales in 2014 of approximately SEK 12 billion. Marcus Möller led the Krogerus team, and he was primarily assisted by partner Sami Martola and senior associate Joakim Jansson. Leena Lindberg led the Krogerus team advising on merger control issues.
