Krogerus advises RELEX on an investment from Summit Partners

Krogerus advised Retail Logistics Excellence – RELEX Oy and its majority shareholders on its acceptance of a EUR 20 million investment from Summit Partners.
RELEX is a supplier of software that helps retailers, wholesalers and manufacturers automate their supply chains, cut spoilage, reduce inventory and boost on-shelf availability. The company intends to use the investment for international expansion.
Summit Partners is an US-based equity firm that has over USD 6.5 billion invested into equity and fixed income opportunities.
This transaction is Summit’s first investment in a Finnish company and the first equity investment RELEX has accepted.
