ENSafrica’s Dispute Resolution Department Expands with Appointment of New Executive

ENSafrica, Africa’s largest law firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of accomplished dispute resolution lawyer, Aslam Moosajee, as an executive who will be based in the firm’s Johannesburg office.

Aslam is ranked as a top dispute resolution lawyer by the Legal 500 and Chambers Global Guide, who describe him as “widely respected for his long-standing expertise in an array of contentious disputes in the banking and finance sector. Sources acknowledge him to be a ‘very sound litigator’ who ‘services his clients well.’"

Aslam is an expert in commercial and financial litigation, as well as constitutional and administrative law, arbitrations and mediations. His career spans over 20 years and has included representing clients in significant disputes and precedent-setting matters across South Africa.

Prior to joining ENSafrica, Aslam was head of Norton Rose Fulbright’s dispute resolution department.
