On April 20, 2010 the Deepwater Horizon explodes killing 11 people. Day-by-day as the oil leaks, the effects of a disaster expand out well beyond the event itself. They affect not only those in the immediate path of destruction but commercial, energy, environmental, governmental and public interests around the world.
