Tomasz Wardynski, Sabina Famirska and Antoni Bolecki of Wardynski & Partners co-authored the chapter on cartel regulation under the Polish law in this year’s report of Getting the Deal Through. The 2012 edition of Getting the Deal Through – Cartel Regulation provides information on application of competition regulation in 46 jurisdictions worldwide. The report includes data on relevant law and exceptions from the general prohibition of anti-competitive conduct, the competition authorities and their investigative powers, cartel investigatory proceedings, sanctions for cartel activity, recent penalties, leniency and immunity programmes and the optimal way to get the fine down.
