MinterEllison advised the Victorian Government on the VicRoads Modernisation project, announced last week. MinterEllison is proud to have assisted the Victorian government to deliver this important project for the benefit of all Victorians. Ena Respiratory Pty Ltd has received $32 million investment backed by Andrew Forrest's Minderoo Foundation, Brandon Capital and Uniseed towards a nasal spray that could assist in the treatment of COVID-19. MinterEllison has advised Ena Respiratory Pty Ltd, an investee company of the Medical Research Commercialisation Fund managed by Brandon Capital, on its demerger and transformative funding round for the development of its INNA-051 spray.
